NOAA's C-SIDE Web Site Provides Comprehensive Gulf Coast Storm Information
Coastal Studies, Information & Data for the Ecosystem (C-SIDE) is a comprehensive Gulf Coast Storm Information Center. The site provides local, state and federal information pertaining to severe weather preparation and monitoring across the Gulf of Mexico coastal region, and the storm's effects on the ecosystem. It also includes recommendations for home preparation and evacuation as well as time-sensitive data, storm surge information, post-storm assessment, and response and recovery for Gulf Coast residents.
